Prenatal Care

The start of care is generally between 6 weeks to 12 weeks. Ideally you should start care by 15 weeks to ensure your pregnancy is off to a great start.
We do take clients up until 36 weeks gestation. Once you are in your 3rd trimester our CNM will need to review your previous records before taking you on as our client here at the birth center.
Your initial visit is 90 min long to provide you with enough time to get to know the midwife and ask any questions you may have. The midwife will listen to your baby’s heartbeat, check vitals, and discuss any issues or concerns at every visit.
