Well Woman Exams
Your well-woman visit is all about you, your body, and your reproductive health. A well-woman exam is one of the most important steps that women of all ages can take to protect their health. During the visit we will discuss your health and lifestyle behaviors, and will perform a physical exam of your breast and pelvis. This is a great time to discuss pre pregnancy questions or contraception. We recommend annual visits beginning at the age of 21 or sooner if any irregular family history is present.
Contraception
Birth control is deigned to help prevent pregnancy. There are many different birth control options out there. It can not only help prevent pregnancy but can also be used to aide in hormone balancing, reduce pms symptoms, and reduce pain that occurs during your menstrual cycle. We’re here to help you figure out what options are best for you!
PAP Screening
A PAP smear is used to detect abnormal cervical cell that may lead to cancer. Early detection of these abnormal cells is the first step in treatment. A PAP can also be used to help detect sexual transmitted diseases and HPV. We recommend repeating Pap testing every three years for women ages 21 to 65.
Hormone Balancing
Your hormones play an integral role in your overall health. They help control many of your body’s major processes, including metabolism and reproduction. Hormones are your body’s chemical messengers. Produced in the endocrine glands, these powerful chemicals travel around your bloodstream telling tissues and organs what to do. When you have a hormonal imbalance, even tiny little changes can have serious effects throughout your whole body. As a result, there’s a broad range of signs or symptoms that could signal a hormonal imbalance. Your signs or symptoms will depend on which hormones or glands aren’t working properly. We will evaluate your symptoms, recommend blood tests if needed and help you come up with a plan to bring your system back to balance.

Peptides are typically administered through the skin as a subcutaneous injection. They can also be applied in a cream, a nasal spray or in oral form. Peptide infusion therapy may help regulate processes within the body.
